To charge the batteries while in motion you will need a magnetic generator and rectifier assembly. You will need to spin it at around 900-1000 RPM constantly (whether the vehicle is moving or not)to generate enough electricity to charge a battery while it is being drained.
Takes a small engine to perform that much constantly.
Perpetual motion is impossible

@joohop Its a design of car that was called a "cyclecar" they would also be 3 wheelers that would fall under that as well, mostly at the beginning of the 20th century. The Quad means 4 and the cycle because it was license as a motorcycles.

@Sven3ST More like looking to the past. a similar design was called a "buckboard cyclecar" back in the very early1900's up to the 1930's.

gas or electric powered quadracycles should get much better mileage than those cart-like 'city cars' The first succesful 'car' was as the Ford Quadracycle: 5 hp 2 cylinder, 20 mph, and 500 pounds.

Hello its worm and sector type steering box. but main didtinct thing is that as my son wants to make it left hand as well as right hand drive so I ve used it and fix it in to the center. As i ve used it of FIAT 1100 Delight.
