Wisconsin's First District Congressman Paul Ryan delivers the House Leadership's 1,990 page health care bill to the Franklin Public Library in Franklin, Wisconsin. After weeks of closed doors meetings inside the Capitol, Speaker Nancy Pelosi unveiled the massive health care overhaul on the steps outside the U.S. Capitol on Thursday, with a vote on final passage expected in the week ahead. Ryan left the health care bill at the Franklin Public Library for First District residents to review and offer their feedback prior to the upcoming vote.
