Eliminating rights is wrong. Over 16,000 same-sex couples have gotten married. If prop 8 passes all those marriages will be invalid.

Gays already can have a legal union that gives them the same rights as a married couple.... this prop forces RELIGIOUS organizations to either go against the law of their GOD not a law of the land to marry ppl or can go to jail because its considered a "hate crime" there is zero reason Gays should be trying to force Pastors to marry them in Gods church against there moral and religious standards.
