yeah but damn its painful to watch the guitar getting drilled. i cant imagine a fender getting drilled. scary

@ajam50 Not true. It needs a rounded bottom... though I'm not sure how it would work on an Explorer shaped guitar.

should i install a bigsby on my alder body telecaster? its a squire. i asked this on another one of your vids too before i found this video.

Thats what I thought. On my tele, they do go through the back, would that mean i am unable to install a bigsby?

Just a thought, if you were to install a B5 to a guitar using the Vibromate system, would you get the same addition in tone as the Bigsby wouldn't be in direct contact with the body of the guitar in the same manner as drilling into the body?

it should be close, but its difficult to say. Having the vibrato attached directly to the body is best way to transfer the energy and increase the sustain; but how much difference there would actually be is hard to say.
