Heres the story..
Nel is actually Neliel Tu Oderschvank. A Former 3rd Espada. She use to be in her child form but ever since she found ichigo, she grown fond of him. She wants to protect him, and started to transform back into her adult form. After protecting ichigo, she was hugging ichigo the same way she use to hug him when she was in her child form. But her hug is now stronger than before, and made ichigo passed out.
