When TV producer Maria Vargas from the University of Costa Rica exposed the fraud during the Arias/Solis election,she felt the threat from the 'Black Escalades' tailing her.Lucky her father was a known tennis champion of CR .While Arias won by about 1%, 4% ballots for Solis were found it the trash containers. She and the UCR were brave in continuously showing the film with the said results of the election. &Arias' pledge to form an intern'l code of conduct w/ 14 Nobel folks.Comprador!T.Schmidt
