Latte Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
2.5c (625mL) Whipping cream
0.5c (125mL) granulated sugar
2.5 (12mL) instant espresso powder
2tsp (10mL) vanilla
Pinches of cinnamon
Grated semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour cream into a large sauce pan and set over medium-high.
Stir in granulated sugar, bring to boil until sugar dissolves.
2. Meanwhile, measure out 0.25 cup (50mL). Sprinkle gelatin over top to soften, and stir at once.
3. When cream starts to boil, remove from heat. Add gelatin mixture, espresso powder and vanilla.
Whisk to dissolve gelatin completely.
4. Divide evenly among cups; refrigerate until set (minimum 2 hours)
Sprinkle cinnamon and grated chocolate before serving.
