  • please please PLEASE tell us what's in the harvest eating house seasoning and poultry seasoning. you use it so much and we're all clueless.

  • it's our "all purpose poultry seasoning, it has a new name now...but you can make your own blend, go to the spice shop, but a bunch of different things, cumin, dried herbs, garlic etc.. and test and try different combos...that is what I did before partnering with company who makes our organic spice blends....they make it sooo easy....oil, spice, heat = awesome food..

Used our Greek Chicken spice last night to make an amazing chicken dish.......they are well worth it..

  • i've heard that about 5 times....sorry I was wrong.

no matter where they're from..they rock!

  • If should have titled Grilled Chicken with Peanut Sauce Video Recipe, and all will be alright. I'm from Thailand but love the Mutton Satay from south of the borders. Coconut milk must be cooked to bring out the favor. Coconut milk turn sour easy in hot day.

  • It was not Thai food and not taste as an original. Do not call it satay if you cant do anything closed to the original one... Put on Other name -_-

  • great vid but i must say i wish you gave credit to Malaysia instead of Thailand because satay originates from Malaysia and so does the sauce. Sorry but i had to point that outm

  • I'm usually (always) cooking for one. Do you think that sauce can be frozen in portions... Then gently heated for use?
