First of all I wish people would get off her back about the cocaine. ANYONE OF US who had the pressures, the scheduling and lifestle would've done the same. To me I think its about what she says trying to please everyone, nothing ever being good enough and at the end of the day the only one to pick up the pieces is yourself. It's a very sad lonely song.
