Yes, it even says so on the title screen. It's not a copy by the way, it's a 'demake' (a remake in a simpler form; in this case 3d to 2d). I even got the blessing of Flashbang/ Blurst (the makers of Jetpack Brontosaurus). Aplgy plz?

Hehe. You should try "Jetpack Brontosaurus", that's the original game, they came up with the brilliant concept of dinosaurs, physics and jetpacks! :)
