Workout Instructions - 1:22

10 Exercise Circuit - Complete 3 full circuits

Perform each exercises in succession for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. You will do as many reps as you can, in that duration, then move on to the next exercise

After you complete all 10 exercises or one circuit in succession you will rest for 2 minutes. Then repeat 2 more times.

  • @TheOliminator - Hey Olim, Hope all is well. My focus and niche are on strength, conditioning and workouts for fat loss and MMA athletes. I totally moved away from the traditional bodybuilding workouts (as you mentioned above) as they were totally opposite of what I had to do to reach my goals, and how I train MMA athletes. Goal is to be a high level athlete: ripped, muscular, strong, agile, conditioned, quick, explosive, powerful - Sorry Oliminator. I haven't lifted like that in years-Funk
