  • And let's not forget, this was also the wonderful days when single syllables were confined to ONE note and not the entire octave. ;P

  • The Village People sing their newest hit, "Macho Man"? I'm watching "Noon Time" on Monday!

  • Even if you're completely right, this is a Lawrence Welk video. I'm just here to enjoy the music. There are plenty of political videos to comment on.

  • because this is a historical fact. Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it, and God only knows mankind is now on the precipice of self-anhiliation due to our relentless destruction of the natural world.

  • What does a nice video from the Lawrence Welk show have to do with politics? I can't seem to find a video on any subject without somebody going into politics. Why can't you just enjoy this?

  • You misspelled "measure."

  • I loved watching this show as a kid. Great memory.

  • we loved lawrence welk in the 70s- better times for sure than it all started to change when the greedy reagan republicans came into power- been down hill ever since. the reagan admins. first presidential act was to tear down the solar panels that pres carter installed on the bases that conservation is a moral virtue with no bases in govt. and consumption is what drives america-disgusting for sure. there is nothing anymore on the radio worth listening and so much of present day tv is utter crap.

  • welk is good music...

  • Damn....it seems that aparrently 70s women were much more attractive than 2012 women....lovin' the hair so much.

  • i used to watch this with my Dad when i was a kid. Dad passed away on April 6 2012 and we had them put this song on the dvd of photos of him. 'From now til we meet again Dad"
