你知道嗎?骨盤正不正與我們的體態大有關係喔!

● 打造好身材的骨盆瑜珈 Step 1. 雙腳打開與骨盤同寬 膝蓋微彎 首先,雙腳打開與骨盤同寬, 膝蓋微微彎曲,手叉腰。 Step 2. 吐氣 骨盤向後傾;再次吸氣 骨盤往前傾 Step 3. 保持呼吸 骨盤依序往左右擺動 Step 4. 上半身保持不動 骨盤左3圈、右3圈轉動 骨盤『前、後、左、右』分解動作完成後, 保持上半身不動,讓骨盤分別往左轉3圈, 接著,再換右轉3圈。 作用:舒緩腰背肌肉及韌帶痠痛 因長期姿勢不良所引起的肌肉韌帶痠痛, 可透過骨盤瑜珈運動,有效舒緩這些不適症狀。 Step 5. 膝蓋慢慢伸直 放鬆
