    "5. Whoever takes a picture is the © owner even if you hired a photographer"

    This is patently wrong. When you hire a photographer you hire him/her as "work for hire" and YOU retain all the © of the pictures NOT the photographer. This is especially true for wedding photos where the couple on the photos own the © of the images they paid someone to take and NOT the photographer who if that was the case could resell these images to anybody. Work for hire, look it up

    I apologize for not asking permission, but as a university project, this video explored my fair use rights to use your video to prove an educational point about copyright. BTW I support the Modding community in every way. This video was only uploaded for ease of access.
