[Notes:various of police activity at apartment] The Army reported Private Jeneesa Lewis missing last week. A visit to her apartment ended at the locked front door. Soldiers called police who responded to the apartment Lewis shared with her civilian husband.Police in El Paso said that's where they found signs of "foul play." Officials feared she was in danger. Tammy Skelton says she talked to her sister on Sunday by phone. [Notes:still of Lewis]The 29-year-old mother of three told family members she was abducted, taken to Nevada, beaten and stabbed. Skelton says her sister "sounded tired, scared and weak." [Notes:still of husband] The soldier's husband, Clinton Lewis, has been jailed on an aggravated kidnapping charge. In my village the stoners would be jailed for assault, conspiracy, attempted murder, if not murder.  Of course, that's only if they are found mentally competent to stand trial...I mean anybody who would STONE someone is a freakish, ass-backwards nutter.

IN my village, if a woman tries to leave the husband, she would be stoned, b/c she is stepping why out of line. Only men can leave the marriage, the woman has to petition to the village elder if she wants to leave her husband.
