Mr. John Pellini vs Kaiser and the For Profit Permanente

The following is the personal opinion and testimony of Mr. John Pellini - the patient. If you want to ask him about this feel free. Start praying. Mr. Pellini felt back pain one morning after tying his shoe laces. He went to Kaiser and the staff there mixed him up with another patient. Mr. Pellini ended up on life support. He and his daughter, acting as his representative filed for arbitration against Kaiser two years ago. Last year Kaiser tried to press charges against Ms. Pellini for practicing law without a license. An attorney was hired to represent Mr. Pellini. One year later the attorney has done nothing. No depositions, no arbitrator selection no suggested date. Mr. Pellini who the arbitration was being done for passed away on September 30, 2007.

I see all the bruising. I have been and am currently being abused by th'medical' profession.  Bruising similar appeared on my body during one of my many hospitalizations, it was caused by a reaction to heavy doses of morphine which my kidneys could not handle. I am so saddened!!! Not surprised.....
