I've always questioned what Im told. And I use to question what the pastor used to preach (never out loud of course). I always wanted to feel the "holy spirit" like they all said. But I never did. I never felt like I belonged. Seven years without setting foot in a church and I found what I've always wanted. God is inside everyone, not inside a church.

I was born in this church. Since I was 16 I've never been back. I still am a good person with or without going to church. But above all, I respect people and their religions. Although I stopped going, I remember the good things I learned going to this church. One thing I have to say, my father was humiliated in front of the entire church for the way he was dressed. His hair was tied back in a ponytail and he had an earring. He never went back, and neither did I.
