You're insane. There's nobody with a rationally thinking brain that can say the repubs had the upper hand in this back and forth. WHat happened was, they tossed up their talking points, and he swatted them away with ease.. This is coming from someone who is very unhappy with Obama. If you think this outing made repubs look good, you're a lemming, and the proof will be when the repubs never allow this type of outing to be filmed, again. I can guarantee that.

First off why do conservatives always assume that people who have supported Obama are mindless zealots hanging off his every word? Yeah I voted for him, and would do so again, but at the same time I don't support most of what he has done.

Second, this is just what the people needed to see. The president facing criticism without prepared remarks and going into detail about certain issues. Not great detail, but a lot more than usual.

Refreshing encounter, about time. Obama is forced to face some of his lies in this meeting and is finally shredded. He Stutters and looses his way without his precious teleprompter and of course injects his stock "inheritance" BS . Treats the GOP questions and the asking individuals as a joke and unimportant. Guess what? He stepped on his ass hairs in this one, with his being pompous and " being better than thou attitude. Of course MSNBC backed the president just like the lier lovers they are.

Obama is like the false prophets of old, willing to say whatever his political backers wish to hear. He is like Absalom, the ancient King David's son, who conspired in the gates by telling people whatever might win their hearts. Does anyone remember the promises before his election? Does anyone care? Obama-mania has swept the land, but is starting to find it's place in the gutter. Why? It is more political deception for which the people are quickly growing tired of hearing as false promises.
