  • I teach gliding once and am getting some nice ideas here - (I do this one with arms on a step - even tougher!) Nicely expained!

  • which progression is more advanced? going right to the extension each time, or when you perform the straight-leg  sweep beforehand?

  • I have never sene the discs. Looks like a wonderful effective exercise.
