TRICHORD short demo(2)

TRICHORD is an Agile project collaboration tool, using Kanban. Kanban is a sticky card on the wall showing what to do next, orinially used in Lean or Toyota Production System to implement Just-In-Time "pull" production. Kanbans are moved from Todo, to Doing, then to Done. In the left bottom corner
are "Burndown Charts", also commonly seen on Agile project walls, indicating the trend of consumption of tasks.
In the demo, first RCP version, then Jazz version is show. In Jazz version, Kanbans correspond to WorkItems of Jazz repository.

TRICHORD is designed to be a shared wall beyond the team room, providing an intuitive view of WorkItems on top of Jazz.
