@harold18 Usually I'd agree, this happens to all singers. But I do think this performance is a particularly bad example. :P A lot of his recent stuff live and studio with T-Earth blows chunks out of how he sung in the early days with X Japan. (in my opinion) Which is another reason I'm dying for a new X Japan cd! :D

Pitch-wise, far from perfect, but you know what? You can't teach what he's doing her. Emotionally this is the best I've ever seen him, he's giving everything he's got.

Even Toshi gets old. He can't sing as high anymore as he could in 1994 with X. It's just that his body changes and his voice too. The same with his stamina to perform.
But give him some times with X and I hope he'll be back.

To me he sounds ... kind of ill o_o I still believe he can do MUCH better than what he showed with X in March or in this vid for example. Hm ...
Toshi, go for it! xD; (If he is in perfect health condition, I can just ... wonder. Because I can totally hear his voice is still there. It just "breaks away" way too often ...)
