might not be seal failure...could be also be desicant failure...either way,new unit...other wise you'll get water marks forever in the glass unit..

seal failure, may also result in water will get in between the glass and window jam.

Ok genius, you just drilled two holes to vent the moisture but you didnt reseal the leaky seal anywhere. Which means the condensation will return.
