@IC114283 i couldn't even think that its possible.i thought that they had these gambling houses, prostitution,robbery etc =traditional activity+may be drugs as a modern fashion. now its clear why they had good years in America-- some Americans were and are still stupid like peasants so if there come some peasants with good organisation they easily take control over local stupidity.
