  • What's the name of the song you are playing? Can you tell me the name and artist?

  • Crazy Train, Ozzie.

    All the best!

  • how do you get that strong? i ahve been lifting weights for 4 years, and i cant even come close to that. i went to your website and it says you will find training programs to attain that kind of strength, and i couldnt find any programs, just videos of you performing feats.

  • go to my store on my website.

    All the best,

    Scott

  • what's your best front leverage scott? i can leverage a 12lb. 32'' handle to my nose 3 times and small correction that most people wouldn't know is slim's best is 69 pounds between both hammers and i got that from dennis rogers so i'm sure it's true but still hard to believe!

  • From ground up and then all the way down to horizontal, It would be 12 pounds with a 32 inch handle. If I just lever it to my nose I can do a 20 pound hammer. That is not all the way to horizontal though so it really doesn't matter. If the handle does not reach a horizontal plane then it is not a full lever. partials are good for training but cannot be considered a PR.

  • slim can do a 34 pound sledge still he hasn't slowed down at all and he hasn't got weaker in any way

  • Slim "The Hammerman" Farman, he can still lever a 24lb sledge easy at over 70.

  • i bet you could provide great strength and conditioning strategies for baseball players for whom hand, wrist and forearm strength is so important.

  • amazing!!

it's very hard, i try it, congratulations!

  • I'v seen this done 35 years ago on tv it was interesting the guy clained to be the strongest man in the world, anyway back then I could pick up about a 100lb girl sitting on a chair with one hand by the botton of the back leg, by tipping it back and lifting, i could only get her off the ground a few feet could not balance her and the chair, I bet yoiu could do that and would like to see it done again, i cant anymore

  • Damn.

  • .. it looks easy, but I KNOW myself its not =)

    respect.

  • How long did it take for you to be able to lever it from the ground like that?
