Can someone explain what the different beeps between 0:15 - 0:32 indicates?

As for this Toei subways, it costs 140 yen for 4km or less, 210 for 5-9km, 260 for 10-15km. Tokyo Metro subways are a little cheaper than this.

12-19km in Tokyo with SUICA costs 230 yen I believe (if I read my info right).

in argentina for only a few cents you can travel around 0,90 cents, and are good subways

depends. I reckon its more expensive in Tokyo. In my area you could go 20 Km for around 900 yen... nothing compared to the prices in California where I live...
