How he is still alive. Sly Stone did pcp, coke, weed, acid, and maybe some heroin. I'm supprise this guy is still alive.

So many great musicians... Gil Scott Heron, Janis Joplin, Jimmy, James Brown. So sad.

Anyone think that Dick knew that Sly was all fucked up on drugs?

He is a friggin musical genius. He used to produce write, and pretty much play everything also..I think he played every instrument on "FRESH". Today, he would be in rehab. This is indeed a tragedy. I have seen recent interviews, and despite all the massive amounts of PCP and whatnot he has done, it is a miracle he is able to still form coherent sentences. Such a shame people were not "intervening" back then
