@MrCdance1983 Just try to find a LCR in good nick thats preferably still original one owner. Like i manage to find :P Youl be very pleased with it. I promise. Have a look at the video where I chase down a GT3 at the ring. Only thing Id done to my LCR then was a remap, FMIC and downpipe. Coilovers.

Yeah on the track I would think the CTR would be better, but as much as I would like to, I'm not gonna see many track days lol.

Mugen is the dogs nuts for tuning but very expensive, like ya said much easier and cheaper to mod the LCR. My mates have got Focus ST and a VW scirocco TSI.. Would get an EVO and that would be that but not with 6k to spend!

@MrCdance1983 CTR is a bit better set up out of the box for trackdays but some think its too harsh as a daily. LCR is much easier to tune for more power. Only reason this particular CTR could keep up was bcs he has fully stripped interior and a built Mugen engine. Not much oem left.

I am currently in no mans land between a Type R or a Cupra R!!

Tis why I looked at this vid, If only the Cupra was 3 door, but even still I'm edging more towards the Cupra.
