@Zeedbug Ahh ok, I had heard it put that way. I've still got the top two abs going on, so I guess I'm doing alright. I've always been a very skinny guy, so starting to develop fat around the lower waist and back is scaring me haha! I'll check out the CKD diet for sure, that sounds like something I'd definitely be interested in. I'm very strict when it comes to my diet, I'm very lucky in that I get absolutely no cravings ie. I have no interest in chocolate, sugary foods/drinks, etc. Thanks mate!

Thanks for the shout-out mate! Looking forward to your training videos as well. I'd kill to be 208lbs at the moment! My bulk has taken longer than expected, and I'm at a crossroads as to whether I should continue, or starting cutting for summer, which is only 2 and a half months away...

Woo-hoo, you're the first comment too!! (You're on a roll)
General rule of thumb when it comes to bulking is to never begin bulking until you can see your top two abs (8-10% BF), and to cease bulking once you go over 15% BF. There are huge misconceptions about bulking, but a dirty bulk is never the way to go.
In my mind a CKD diet is perfect (You can easily transition between bulking and cutting with minimal changes to your diet)
