Jonathan Larson - One Of These Days

I noticed that none of Jonathan Larsons' amazing demos were here on youtube, so I thought I'd share them to everyone after recieving the CD today.

This song is great, with genious lyrics and an addictive melody. In the album booklet it states this about this song:
This song was the opening number in the first draft of SUPERBIA, Larson's dystopitic sci-fi musical. The central character Josh, is about to throw the switch on his new gadget (the plasto Hornulator) which he hopes will "create a new sound never heard before..... it will change not just music history, but the history of mankind!" it explodes and he sings:

All I read and hear about Larson makes me think that he indeed wanted to change the world with a song... and he change the world for a lot of people with lots of songs... I read once that when the first reading/perfomance of RENT completly ran the day after He died everyone stood still and during the last ovation someone shout "Thanks, Jonathan Larson!"... well, wherever you are Thanks, Jonathan Larson... You changed My World with your Songs
