i have a pc like that..the fan goes fast if i only open many website..but if i only open one page at a time its ok..the cputemperature is always between 50-65 C..when my other pc is only 38-45 C...ive tried installing some fans but it did not change

I have a Medion XL or something, that thing that won the RedDot Award in 2003 ( Design ) and it so noisy!
