So important to stretch your inner thighs and groin. Consistent breathing and holding the pose will make it work.

  • Do you think it's possible for a 25-year-old who's just started stretching to ever get this pose ? My anckles and achilles seem to be so stiff

  • @mersylla Yes absolutely I think it's possible. Anyone can become more flexible. It just takes time and patience. Commit to staying in the stretch for 30 seconds 3 times a day, then add time each week. Let me know how it goes!
