  • @tunedin2 Best oil for frying. supports a higher temperature than other oils without producing toxins. In Spain it is used including for frying. It is more expensive than sunflower. Spain is by far the largest producer of olive oil of the world. Especially in the province of Jaén. The excesses of production of olive oil are exported to Italy and then sells it from Italy to USA normaly (more expensive).USA could plant olive trees on California and reduce the cost of oil. Simply the best oil

  • it is very easy,simplicity is best, just pick the best ingredients, less is always best. Did you know Japanese Tempura is origianlly Portuguese? Very very simular dish, egg, flour, ice water and baking power or Soda water ala, Tempura simple simple, very nice
