crawfish and shimp etouffee..Using Butter, Green onions, Garlic, Green Bell peppers, Red onions, Celery, 3 cans of mushroom soup, Crawfish, Shrimp and Parsley with top of Creole Seasoning and Cayenne pepper. Served over Brown rice or Noodles of your choice. Thats if you like it HOT!!!! ENJOY.....

  • another that you could prepared this course with makin an roux ( heat skillet w hot oil and pour flour until it becomes an golden brown and begin adding your other items like onion , celery, green pepper, green onion or red onion then once cook down add your crawfish and shrimps for them to saulte . then your finish you dont have to add mushroom soup

  • use yellow onion and instead of cream of mushroom use a dark roux for the thickener, it looks better and brings a nutty flavor to etouffee and is more traditional
