I wrote it for the Troops a few years ago, and?
Well some of you asked?
I felt pretty good so I gave it a go!
Remember me saying, "it's never the same twice", well like true to form, I'm trying so hard to play AND sing, I forget the words to my own song!!!
Ha! Ha! Ha!
Then just make it up as I go along!!!!
I had to cut lots out, but this is the order it all came in??
Ha! Ha! Ha!
This is still dedicated to the Canadian Troops around the world, BUT, I would also like to share it with all the Troops serving away from their homes!!
We are behind you and your efforts to give human rights and some peace to as many nations of the world as you are!
We support all your efforts, and will continue to demand you get what you need to save lives and restore peace!

I know there will always be bullies that lead their people in to genocide, over riches and wealth, but people with full bellies, tend not to fight to the death over a bag of grain!
Be Strong, to save a life is RIGHT even if half the world says it is just to expensive!!
To chose right over wrong, should never, never, be influenced by the Dollar!
If I have it and you need it to save even one life, or one young girl from being raped and bitten, after seeing all the village men and boys killed, simply to breed their race into genocide!!
YOU CAN HAVE IT!!!

I wrote it for you and with the help of my two young Canadian friends, I can and will play for you anywhere any time! Give me a jacket/vest and lid, 4x and my 6 string and I come do my best. May be my playing near the front will help? Stay Safe! Stay PROUD!

I gave my Medal to a Drug Dealer in June 2008, long before it was popular to give them to Government??

I pined mine on her hospital gown in a ceremony of tears, in the Rubber Wing, for being locked up and drugged for helping me!!

N...ow it's in a Box of Evidence in a Crown Prosecutors Office in Vancouver, if My kids ever want it back!!

I gave it to a Compassionate Canadian that earned it, added to if this is the Canada that gave it to me???

I don't want it!!

It can stay where ever it is!!

Like many my Grandpa Never returned from WWI, fortunately for me that my Dad survived the Battle Of The Atlantic in WWII.

Sometimes what seams like ancient history, is just a 47 year old Veteran's story about a Grandpa he never met in 2010!
