Skycomp contracted Planetinaction.com to find a way to visualize aerial video footage of traffic in Google Earth.
Google Earth doesn't support video playback but with some motion blurring techniques we still managed to present a relatively smooth playback in Google Earth.
In this demo we play back sequence of 90 high resolution images that were taken at 2 second intervals from a stationary helicopter.
