W&W: Carl Franz's Winter Photo Special

It's cold, but not cold enough, to keep the railfans at home. On this cold day in late January, Carl Franz hosted his second annual photo special on the Wilmington & Western. Starting in Wilmington, DE we'll see the train pass through the leave-less winter forests of Delaware, on it's northward trip to Hockessin, DE, where we will end our journey. At one of the crossings, does it really need three crossbucks? They could've added gates to it.

It's because of a blind curve on the other side of the crossing. Plus most DE residents are quite oblivious to the world around them.
