"Is the Recession Really Over?"

Even though some overly optimistic economic "experts" have pronounced the end of the recession in the USA, reality portrays quite a different picture. "Retail sales disappointed in July, and the number of newly laid-off workers filing claims for unemployment benefits rose UNEXPECTEDLY last week" (A.P., August 13, 2009). At the same time, our federal deficit is climbing into historic heights, and Mr. Obama's approval rates for his job performance has dropped to historic lows. WHY is God NOT blessing this country?

That was a very good message about what we need to be doing . The recession will most likely become a great depression. This Nation can not keep borrowing money from other nations to keep up the lifestyle that we live. We have come under a curse because we no longer as a nation believe in God and seek to obey his comandments. If we do not change soon we will really start reaping what we have sown. I recomend reading Deuteronomy chapter 28. It reveals where we are now and where we will be.
