Hi

My name is Colin Tyler Kraus. Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

This is a rundown of the sprinkler system for the front garden and tree plant sites.

Fully gravity fed sprinklers spray water when the overflow of the rain water management system is reached by rising water.

It is raining a little bit, but most of the water is coming from my tap on the house filling the first barrel through a washing machine hose tied to a ceramic brick. This system acts exactly the same when it is being fed with rain water the hose supplies no additional pressure to the irrigation system whatsoever.

I have changed the overflow system quite considerably since this video I can now get a consistent pressure of appx. 2 psi (6ft of water) on the system which allows for great flow through the underground sprinkler hose. I can also now monitor exactly in inches of water how much pressure i am getting and calculate approximate flow rates.
