SilkRoad R Launcher has stopped working? Help is here.

Well, some people (like me) might have met the same problem in Windows 7 - SilkRoad Online has stopped working (idk if a game stopped working, but how will you run it if even SRO Launcher doesn't work?) !! So this is a solution to this problem. It really worked for me, but please write if it worked for you, okay? I just wanna know. :)
