The power the E-Savage provided was easily seen when I hit the triples at the track. The E-Savage took the section as well as any monster truck, providing enough air to clear the first pair of jumps, and then taking a quick pop over the second. The truck carried enough air to pop completely over the tabletop after that, making a nice nose down landing on the backside. The suspension worked very well, soaking up the jumps perfectly and keeping the composed when landing, even if I had the truck tilted to the left or right.

The truck has good power, and radar testing showed me a top speed of right at 26MPH with the stock battery packs. Nothing on the truck broke during the time I beat on it at the track and in the backyard. However, the chrome plating on the wheels had started to flake off a little. This is typical of chrome plated wheels though as chrome coating just doesn't bond to plastic very well, nor does it flex when the wheel does. In looking at the mud-covered and beaten ride when the day was finished I can honestly say it's been through the wringer, and the truck is still standing proud!

  • i would die for i track like that in my backyard, i would make bigger jumps though

  • whats the speed of this out of box

  • @buster1291 You defiantly have a powerful motor, so I suggest having a fan on the motor. That will cool the whole car right down, so it will last alot longer.

  • Someone now why my car gets overupheated all the time

  • 1:8

  • the music was torture

  • @tag7100 Ohhh ok, wonder why he didn't just say charging and driving :D He probably has a toy grade RC charging on a wall charger.

  • @sennadepoep You mean you charge your batteries for ten hours, and only get 3 minutes of driving? Am I reading that right? That's a big problem- either your charger isn't set right, or maybe one of the batteries isn't making a good connection. Maybe the ESC is all messed up. I recommend you bring it to your hobby store and have them take a look at it.

  • @steemy2 "Loading" is the time it takes to charge the batteries, and "riding" is how long you can drive the truck on those batteries. But if this guy only gets 3 minutes of drive time from a ten-hour charge, something's really wrong. Unless I'm not understanding his post correctly, I think he just has his battery charger set wrong, or his ESC is FUBAR.
