I'm not saying we shouldn't shut down terrorist websites but Gingrich shows his continued ignorance of the judiciary. It's the job of the judiciary to interpret and apply the Constitution to civil and criminal cases. If a judge were to rule that someone has the right to say "let's kill Americans" it may be a bad judgement but it's still the job of the judge to do that. Of course Gingrich only considers a judge "activist" if they disagree with him.
