you calculate your Heart Rate by using tis formula.. 220 - your age=? thats what u suppose to achieve when running a tmx. thats 100% of ur HR. u must be fit and have good stamina.
I usually have my resting pulse at 90 and I wonder what if any the results would be in one of these stress tests.
Does anyone know whats the maximum pulse for this test? In other words when they consider it is too dangerous for the patient to be even in the treadmill?
@TREBLINKA007 my resting heart rate is 115......I'm going to get a echo-cardiogram and a tread mill test (stress test) done next week....
