The Kempe Center - Child Protection Team

The Kempe Child Protection Team is the only hospital-based multidisciplinary child abuse program in Colorado. The Kempe Child Protection Team mission is to offer comprehensive, multidisciplinary consultation, assessment, treatment, and referral services for children and adolescents who may have been physically or sexually abused or neglected. Sensitive care is provided by dedicated clinicians to help community identify, treat and console child abuse victims and their families. Based at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and The Children's Hospital, we train medical, nursing, social work, and mental health professionals so that our research and knowledge can help more children across the state, region and beyond.

What systems do you have in place to protect the rights of children to not be ripped from their parents (and vice versa) because of false allegations of abuse, and false evidence. And before you tell me that doesn't happen, I've got three words for you:  "Dr." Charles Smith (Canadian forensic pediatrician, subject of the Goudge Inquiry and responsible for destroying innocent parents, families, children, and babies because of withholding of evidence, and perjury).
