@ArcAngel9008 I did it like you had done...And still no go...Its skimming something at the moment so i'm just counting on that. Next week i'm moving the system to my stand in the living room so no worries. But I saw your vids and learned lots. Thanks mate.

you cant keep adjusting it. Set it so the bubble are towards the bottom of the cup and let it stay like that for a week. Mine worked really well, the way i had it set up was that you have to place the biocube filter pad in the vertical slots that are there. Then clip the skimmer on to the top of the filter pad. ;) should keep the skimmer at the proper height.
It looks like you have a submersible heater that not fully submersed!

in your previous comment to me u said that the skimmer was working better what did u do for it to work better

@allSaLTwater as of this point its been a month, and the skimmer is taking out stuff every day. Its not thick like we would like it to be but its stuff none the less there are little chunks of stuff here and there. but its just how the skimmer is made. I was unhappy in the start but there is nothing you can do about it. At 40 bucks you get what you pay for. It does the job, after setting it up properly and being a little patient. Just give it time. However if u have the funds get something betta
