It's coming up to Valentine's day so who better to speak to than Soozie Jenkinson, the head of M&S lingerie design. So there's three top tips to making sure you're lingerie is received with love.

The first one is absolutely getting her size right. Ask her, be up front and ask the question or sneakyily raid her lingerie drawer and look for something that she has bought recently and loves wearing.

The second thing is absolutely about shape. Now that's really key because some women love wearing balcony bras, some women love wearing plunge bras, brazilain knickers are the knicker shape of the moment but she might be a short or even a thong fan.

The final tip is think about her style. So for example there is a fabulous range for all our fashionistas out there and it's called Limited Collection. It's very fun, very flirty, very fashionable and very Valentines.

Next up, Autograph. This is actually combining beautiful silk here with lace and you can see on the bras there's an exquisite attention to detail with the vintage inspired pintucks.
