This video shows how to remove the Epoxy from the Xbox 360 Processors.
-to get more pressure on them if u want to make a x-clamp fix.
-Ore if u want better Results on a complete Processor reflow.
U will not need any Heat,
just a small Screwdriver ore
professional PCB cutlery wich
i am using in this Tutorial.
I am showing this on a X-box 360
Jasper Motherboard.
(CPU Processor)
It is the same 4 the GPU because
the epoxy is the same.
Remember to be very careful
to avoid scratching the PCB Traces
