  • Awesome!, that can really get the clients feeling it. Especially the Athletes......

  • Please be aware that these lateral moves across the step is not in anyway for beginners at the speed she has just demonstrated. I did the same thing a few years ago in my classes and one person missed the step and fell over onto their shoulder. I have also had one that came off the step with lateral move and rolled their ankle twisting it. Just be careful with lateral moves.
