@keeperofowls My thoughts exactly! I would never subject my sheep or goats to that! All that noise could have cause the poor ewe to stop pushing.

It's cute and nice to watch and all but the sheep deserves to be in a quite, secure place where it can deliver its litter in peace.. i mean if i were that sheep i would be up to high doll, and a noisy crod isn't helping...

You wouldn't have thought the owners would have transported the sheep to the fair so close to lambing. I guess maybe he thought the birth would be a good part of the exhibit. It was a good thing it went well. I know from having horses, sheep, and goats that sometimes it does not and onlookers could have been traumatized if it had gone badly. Personally, I think it was kind of irresponsible to bring such a pregnant ewe.
