In this episode, Brandt and Aire try to reach Spelvia from the summit of the Great Tree, but apparentely dogs can't jump that far.
So we are forced to take another path, and start making our way through the Ice Caverns.

Recommended Setup:

Brandt (Wayfarer): Red Shot, Ice Shield, Merchant Tunic, Confuse/Stun Cape

CROWN OBTAINED:

Ranger (Rating 2/5)
Deliver extra damage with bows and arrows!

1 - Target
2 - Snipe
3 - Covering Fire
4 - Smashing Blow

The Ranger has one of the highest strenght attributes, which makes it a good damage dealer, especially when using a bow.
Target ensures a 100% attack hit rate, while Snipe also makes those hit critical. Covering Fire damages all opponents at the start of the following turn, and can be a nice tactical diversion.
Smashing Blow deals great damage and mostly eliminates the target.

Despite being a powerful crown, the Ranger lacks in terms of abilities: dealing damage is good, but not everything. If Covering Fire did higher damage, it would replace the Hero crown. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen. The Black Mage is still superior and needs less APs.

BRANDT will be my Ranger, although for a very short time.

CROWN OBTAINED:

Elementalist (Rating 5/5)
Elemental damage is reduced by half!

1 - Augment
2 - Amplify
3 - Mysterio
4 - Elemental

The Elementalist focuses on elemental buffs both in offense and defense.
Augment and Amplify strenghten elemental attacks and magic attacks.
Mysterio is possibly the best ability in the game. It blocks all the elemental damage, which means that with the right shield equipped, you won't suffer any damage against some opponents! This ability can make bosses a joke.
Elemental unleashes all the lv1 elemenatl spells against your enemies, but it's not nearly as valuable as the previous three.

Its innate ability, allows you to suffer half damage from elemental attacks; that balances the only weakness: low HP.
With an Elementalist in your team, you'll hardly need a healer; also, it can
make your spells your enemies' worst nightmare!

YUNITA will be my Elementalist (for almost the entire game)
