Opportunist. According to Wikipedia: "Madia was living in the Minnesota's 5th congressional district (Minneapolis, Minnesota), at the time the 3rd Congressional District seat became available. After he announced his run for the 3rd Congressional District seat, he moved back to Plymouth."

Its because the baby boomers enjoyed all the benefits from their parents' hard work and left the next generation trillions in debt and a fracturing middle class. They depended on the immigrants to patch up the cracks but it is not enough now. We are going to have to do things differently now.
